My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Psychodynamic techniques. At its core, I embrace a humanistic philosophy and I aim to provide an environment of empathy, non-judgment, and confidentiality. I am dedicated to providing a safe space for you to explore your concerns and collaboratively work towards positive change.

Additionally, I take pride in implementing a culturally responsive and trauma-informed approach to counselling.
